Mr. Smith and his son, Arthur, were driving in a car and crashed. Mr. Smith dies instantly but Arthur is rushed to a hospital. when it comes time for arthur to be opperated on, the old surgeon says, "I can't operate on this child. He is my son." How is this true?? Question

either the sergeon's the mother or the biological father, or...Mr. Smith is divorced and doesn't have custody and is the biological father, so he's on a visit when he's with the kid, who has the surgeon as a step-dad. phew.
