HERE'S A REALLY HARD ONE:

A man is getting on a plane in North Carolinia. He is about to walk through the entrance of the plane when a man behind him shoots him. The police easily find the killer and arrest him. He says that he did not kill the man, the man that was behind him did and he shoved the gun in his hands. The police arn't convinced but they decide to go check it out anyway. They go to Flordia, which was where the plane was headed to, and asked for the man, who's name they had written down at the scaen of the crime. He said that he had nothing to do with the murder. But, just in case, the man was taking back to North Carolinia. The two men debate about how the other one commited the murder Then, a police officer says that the man who was shot was not dead, thinking it was a great plan to figure it out. The man who was orriganilly sent to Flordia said, "An Walter PPK is a deadly gun, he couldn't of survived." The police arrested the man and let the other one go free, appoligizing for their mistake.

WHY DID THEY FIND THE OTHER MAN GUILTY? Question

this riddle has holes and is not totally fool proof. first of all, the man REALLY could have been innocent and should not have been arrested because he did have the gun thrusted in his hands. second of all, what if he's a gun expert? what if he knew the sounds of shots and could have identified the gun? work on it to make it tougher.

but with your intentions it was because the man knew what type of gun it was and that only the purchaser would know for sho'.

also with this they cops would have probably caught the guy in airport before he could take a shower and clean his clothes. If this were the scenario there would still be powder on him from firing a gun.
