Does anyone know the answer to this riddle?

"I have four legs but can stand on one. I come out in the daylight but not in the sun. I have two sisters who are in power, my grandmother looks like a natural flower. Some say im old but I feel like new. I stick to the bottom of your shoe! What am I?"

When in capital letters it has four 'legs' but only one when it is lower case.

It's two sisters are 'o' and 'e' and grandmother is 'a'.
