What is the biggest building in the world yet it's not so big?

Um... some building with the name tiny?

Or, when th tower of Babel was being built it was to be the biggest building in the world, but now it's probably not even rubble, actually, I'm not even sure if they got started on it, from I what I remember it was either going to be built or being built when God stopped it.

....Though I think my first answer, as bad as it is, is more likely.

The Tower of Babel
Genesis 11:5-7

5 And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded. 6 And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. 7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.

Therefore the tower was started but never finished
