A man and his son are involved in a horrific car crash. The father is killed instantly and his son is terribly injured. An ambulance arrives at the scene and he is rushed to the hospital straight into the operating theatre. The doctor comes in and says, "Oh my God, that's my son!" How is this possible?

The father was in the Russian Mafia and only pretended to be dead after years of intense training for such a scenario in Russian military camps during the cold war. He snuck under the ambulence and sabotaged the rear axle while the paramedics were checking his son. As soon as the ambulence left, he ran into an alley and changed into the doctor uniform he kept hidden in said alley. From there he jumped the wooden fence and ran across the street into another alley and took a right and entered the back of the hospital through the laundry wing. He then ducked into an employee bathroom and applied his contact lenses, quickly shaved, put on a strawberry blonde wig, and applied thin make-up. His sabotage of the ambulence bought him enough time to perfect this disguise. Then he went to the operating theatre where he saw his son, acting as if he were the child's mother. After the child was eventually released, the child and the "mother" collected the insurance money from the car and "father." They then killed the real mother and fed her ground-up corpse to the neighborhood strays. Immediately after the body was completely gone, the two fled the country to live in Borneo.
