i cant figure this one out...it's probrobly ovious, but here ya go,

a man murders his wife and many people see him doing so

no one charges him with murder, why?


It might be a play on words and i wrote it wrong but i need help on this one.

One of the definitions of murder is to kill or bring something to an end or kill something brutally and inhumanly. If you place a coma in the part of the riddle that says

A man murders, his wife and others see him.....

Then he could be murdering anything such as a rat or spider.
Therefore he would not be in trouble.

Thats a little far fetched though. Ill keep thinking on it.

I think the answer is that the guy has already been to jail, convicted of murdering his wife. He gets out, discovers his wife is alive and kills that devious broad because you can't be convicted of the same crime twice, this is know as double jeapordy.

yea...i wrote it wrong its acctually

a man kills his wife. Others see him doing so.

Why is he not charged for this crime?

Double jeopardy is certainly a very good candidate.
Then its self-defense.
Or maybe this guy is a doctor and is operating on his wife.

How about the simple answer, it was an accident?
