I heard of the first one, not the second.

In Pennsylvania it is illegal to sit on top of your refrigerator, outside, after 7 PM

Also in PA if you, in your automobile, come across a horsedrawn vehicle, you must place your vehicle off of the road and hide it in the bushes so the horse will not be afraid, if this does not work then you must take apart your vehicle, piece by piece and let the horse go by.

Trust me, I didn't make up either.
